Troubleshooting
- Search the dCare application and open
(if you have a custom hardware download dCare here and install)
- The top two lines show you the installed VideoMaster and how many cards are available.
Important! Below this you will find the version of the installed driver.
- Press on the Icon on the bottom of the window
- at the top left select the card to be tested (only if there are several cards)
Among them there is: Clock system 0 you can choose between the EU standards and the US standards (dropped frames).
Attention! Only use if you want to output signals.
- RX - Receive of incoming signals
TX - Transmitting signals
Important! Please note that numbering of the signals in Pixera is not the same as in dCare.
- Interface, you need to select TX (output) on the respective port.
Attention! Only for Output to chose!
- To check an incoming signal,
Select the correct port (RX port)
press “Autoset” and then “Start”.
The interface will then be adapted to the incoming signal.
Important! Make sure to select the correct port.
- In the logs it is possible to read when a signal comes in
- Even if no signal. Many errors can be read out here.
- For example: a classic user error is opening dcare and pixera together. Then this error will occur:
